# Manage workspaces and your team

> Learn how to manage workspaces and your team in DigiLookbook.

A DigiLookbook workspace keeps your lookbooks, media, and settings together. You can create a personal workspace for yourself or a team workspace for a brand.

## Create or switch a workspace

Use the workspace menu to create or select a workspace. When creating your first lookbook, you may be prompted to create a workspace and name it first.

## Invite a teammate

In a team workspace, open its settings and use the team section to invite someone as an **editor** or **viewer**. Editors can create, edit, upload, and publish; viewers can open workspace content but cannot change it. Team members and open invitations count toward the available seats on your plan.

The invited person should open the invitation and sign in with the invited Google account. If the invitation is expired, used, or cancelled, ask the owner for a new one.

## Workspace settings

The owner manages the workspace name, analytics, and integrations. Personal workspaces are for one person; create a team workspace if you want to invite collaborators.
